We’re a small brand, and we pack and ship each item with care. To keep our process simple and our prices fair, please take a moment to review our policy below.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds, except in the specific situation described under Non-Delivery Caused by Seller.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective

If something isn’t right when you receive your order, we’re here to help with a replacement.

To request a replacement, please send us the following within 7 calendar days from the date your package is marked “delivered”:

A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package through full unboxing
Photos of the damage or defect
Your order number and delivery date

This documentation helps us understand what happened and process your replacement quickly.

If the item is out of stock, we’ll send a replacement of equal value.

Requests submitted after 7 days or without complete documentation may not be eligible.

What’s Not Covered

We’re unable to replace items that show:

Normal wear and tear
Damage that occurred after unboxing
Minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect normal use
Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

Non-Delivery Caused by Seller

If we are unable to ship your order due to reasons within our control, we will contact you immediately. If you choose to cancel your order, you are entitled to a full refund.

This applies only to non-delivery caused by us for reasons within our control and do not include delays or failures caused by carriers, customs, weather, other external factors, or force majeure.
